Weekly Training
The Women’s Personal Defense Center, in partnership with Hsin Lu Tao Academy of Martial Arts, offers on-going defense training for women and teen girls four times per week as a part of its martial arts program: Monday – Thursday from 7 pm to 8:30 pm. Classes meet the needs of women in defense situations and are highly recommended for women and teen girls of all ages. Cost is $125.00 per month on a month-to-month basis. You may take a week’s worth of classes as a trial at no charge. For more information, please contact us.
Private Classes
Private lessons give the woman seeking personal safety, as well as the new student, an opportunity to receive one-on-one training for the purposes of honing skills in a more expedient manner as well as a more private setting. The Women’s Personal Defense Center offers a variety of Private Lesson Packages intended to suit your individual needs and accommodate your personal goals, all on a ‘by appointment’ basis. All private lessons are scheduled with a black belt instructor and, wherever possible, the instructor of your choice.

IMPORTANT: Payments for private lessons are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Please note that payments made through PayPal below are processed through our Hsin Lu Tao Academy of Martial Arts account. If you elect to pay by credit card, your billing statement will reflect payments as being made to "PAYPAL*HSINLUINT" or "PAYPAL*HSINLUINTERNATIONAL" (some credit card processors may truncate or shorten these names).

Hourly private lessons are charged at $40.00 per hour with a pre-paid two (2) hour minimum. All private lessons or Private Lesson Packages must be paid for in advance of appointment setting.
